Finding Vac Leak
When i unplug IACV idle raises high and jumps, i cant lower it. This means i have vac leak.
1. tried to spray Carb Cleaner on running car= No Idle Change
2. A friend tried to fill the Intake Manifold with smoke but it did not came out from anywhere.
Questions:
1. When he Fills the air into intake manifold pressure never builds up air goes and goes and so on. Why is that?
2. Actually my short term fuel trim is way higher its near 40% does this indicate the vac leak too?

One thing that on my IACV there are two screws if i losen them and adjust them i can only get near 650 RPM not below that. If i adjust it as base idle and reset the ECU then on first start ECU maintains 700 RPM and on every throttle press and release idle first drops to 450 then after 5-6 seconds rises. Often car gets off during such case.
