Icon2 GT35R .63A/R too much for stock B18c1?

hey guys,

New to this site, and kind of just decided to go boost without much research. so pretty much just want to know your thoughts on my setup or if I should change anything

I have b18c1 in a 96 civic hatch, stock internals only a skunk2 intake manifold and throttle body. also stock gsr transmission (NO LSD)

My turbo set up consists of:
Garret GT35R .63A/R dual bearing turbo
Tial Wastegate and BOV
3" downpipe
Ramhorn Manifold
3" skunk2 exhaust (straight pipe, no cat)
treadstone intercooler
1000cc injectors

its going to be tuned on ECtune, by dynamotorsports (very good tuner from what I have heard)

I'm also a bit of a noob so forgive me if I left some things out that factor in.

My goal is about 300-350whp, I would have gotten a smaller turbo but I got the gt35 for a good deal, pretty much same I would have paid for a gt30 so I jumped on it, but now im wondering if its overkill? am I going to snap all my **** up in my tranny and motor? or will it be fine, just a bit laggier because of its size?

Thanks!

Um... Yeah its almost pointless to have a 35r on a b18 with stock internals. If u are going for that much horsepower on stock internals, that would be pushing it. If i were u, i would sell the 35r, and either get forged internals and a gt30r and crank up the boost or keep the stock internals and get a turbonetics t3/t4 turbo and run a low boost setup. Ive known guys pushing 28 lb of boost out of a gt30r and, being a little smaller, it,will spool a bit more quickly and be more efficient and it will handle 500+ hp

i agree, GT35 will blow stock internals..

350 whp will cut your rod before even thinking.
for your goal, even a T04e 50trim would be cheap and perfect.

That would also work great, unless your willing to upgrade internals, you really dont need more than that though
