Not a bad setup at all. I have something similar. Change your camshafts up to a DDTECH or a Pro2. Get more seat time and check your air pressures. Done.

Thank you for the advice! I will absolutely keep practicing! I have found my best time with pressures around 8psi launching around 6800rpm. Some have suggested the performer x and toda replica header to setups similar to mine would you consider those parts worth switching to as well? Or would the cams benefit me more in this situation?

To me the next logical step would be some intake manifold testing or sleeving block. A modded Performer X or 84/85mm.

I agree with the cams being the sticking point right now.

What are you revving to?

change fuel type... lol

imho i would do it in this order
port match IM to tb if not yet done
pro2 or RM cams
degree in cams
change fuel type
retune with open header ... test various intake piping

i think as long as you have enough cam, stock gsr skunk2 IM should get you close to 230
whp with out completely killing your topend.

i could be completely wrong.

The tuner set the shift light to 8300 and I shift around 8400 according to s300 and rev limiter stops me around 86XX even though it's set to 8800 on the s300.

Pro 1's are garbage. Get some Pro 2's, and better intake mani, 3.5" intake, 3" exhaust.

BTW were the numbers on a roller or a pack?

I think I will give the performer x a trying and change to 3in exhaust for now since they are the least intrusive. Would I still see decent gains with a stock performer x or would I have to modify it?

Any areas you suggest to change or add to for the chassis?

You honestly think it would make sense to remove Pro1 for M22?

Yes. m22 is about the same level as Pro2 and I like it a lot more.
U should know the REAL size of these, but it appears U don't.

I disagree, but thats an interesting thought. I would compare the M24 to a Pro2, M22 to Pro1. Unless Robert changed something about them..

No problem. Ask Robert. That is always been the case.

Bump that up!

Where do your hp and tq peak at?

You could up your rev limiter to 9200-9500+, assuming your tune is good for that rpm range.

Cams like pro2 should still make power up there (I'm not sure about pro1's).

It's a little motor.. I'd leave the motor be and work on the chassis and driving.. build a big motor. All the stuff needed to make the small motor fast just chokes up a big motor and you'll have to buy it all over again.

Honestly I'm not sure as the dyno graph I received stops at 8400-8500. The tune was done at EvanTuning. So I would think Jeff set the shift light and rev limits according to when the engine starts to fall off. I'm just assuming this though.

M22ke and s2 ultra or performer x would be the only changes to motor if you're after more power.

Post your slip breakdown.
