Icon2 Rmp drop when ac compressor clutch engages

I have a 96 Honda accord ex the problem is when im at idle and the ac compressor clutch engages the rpms decrease but after the car warms up it wont drop in rmps when it engages I was wonder if anyone can help me with this? I live in florida and the weather isn't getting any cooler if I didn't have a 1 1/2 yr old I wouldn't care but I need it to get fixed before it gets worse please help!

I'm not sure of the issue or if there is one?

Once the car is warm - normal op temp. The RPM's should hold around 750 with the ac on or off, does it?

Let the car get warm/normal op temp - park it but leave the engine running. Open the hood, turn the AC on - BOTH fans on the rad should run and the engine should hold ~750 RPM's.

when the ac is turned on(and compressor engages) the rpms should slightly drop but then come back to what they were before ... then gently rise to about 820 or so

this is normal operation
