F2B H2B help
So I just bought, well I'm about to buy, an EK hatch for 1000 bucks off a friend. Its got D16 with about 270,000 miles on it so Im gonna replace the engine. I was thinking of trying an F2B or H2B and have been reading up on both, but can't seem to find anything about costs for the builds, or if I'd be able to keep A/C and P/S. Can anyone help me out?? I suck at doing searches so I more than likely have passed it so sorry and thanks in advance!
