My 94 Accord Dx is having an issue with blowing the PGI-FM fuse when accelerating from a stop. I can replace the fuse and the car will start immediately. This will happen after the CEL comes on. I have not checked the code yet but wanted to know if anyone has some idea.

I've replaced the fuel injectors, fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel tank, cleaned the intake manifold, had the relay under the dash re soldered.

That's an awful lot of parts to replace without checking the CEL! I would do that asap, just stick a paper clip into the two holes of the 2-hole blue connector under the passenger side dash and then turn on the ignition, the CEL will blink the code. Slow blinks=first digit, fast blinks=second digit
