1994 Acura Integra LS Blk 5spd Socal

1994 2dr Acura Integra 5spd Grenada black
vin: JH4DC435XRS026404
ENGINE:
1994 original B18b1 motor, rebuilt at 286,108 miles. Currently has ~298K
Motor and following parts have no more than 12k miles on them, that's three oil changes!
All new Honda main and rod bearings
Cylinder walls honed to factory spec (400 grit)
New Honda/Acura Oil Pump
New Gates Water Pump (OEM supplier)
New Honda/Acura Fuel Filter
New Gates Timing Belt
New Gates Tensioner pulley
Japanese oem supplier Piston rings (Nippon)
Supertech Valve Seals "Viton"
Full Gasket kit used for upper and lower engine
New Honda/Acura Fuel Pump Filter
Energy Suspension Motor Mounts
New accessory belts for Alt, Power steering pump, and AC
New Spark Plug wires
New Spark Plugs (Denso Iridium)
New Air Filter
Chassis/ Suspension
Front Bilstein Sport Integra Type R Shocks adjustable height
Rear Bilstein Monotube shocks
Front 6k coil over springs 336lbs spring rate from Togue Factory
Rear 5k coil over springs 280lbs from an old coilover kit
Front driver/pass side wheel bearing replaced on 03-15-14(driver side), 4-23-14(Pass side)
New Catalytic Convertor installed and passed Star Smog inspection on 11-26-13
New Honda/Acura Lower ball joints front left and right
Brakes were done recently front and rear with new rotors all around
New Battery
5 spd manual transmission with no issues in shifting or staying in gear.
Original owner was an older gentleman who said that he replaced the transmission once and I believe him because it has no issues and have never had to do anything besides change the trans oil.
Sunroof works great
Alarm system is working and has remote power door lock.
Power windows have no issues
Seats are in really good shape no rips or tears
Cold A/C works great
The issues with the car at the moment are:
Rear antenna motor is worn out. The automatic antenna does not retract any longer.
The paint has clear coat fade on the roof and trunk area.
The front upper arm bushing is worn out.
