Auto insurance depends on too many factors to make comparing other people's rates useful. What anyone else pays for insurance is irrelevant to what you will have to pay. Just get some quotes and choose the insurer that offers the best value for you.

$1200 every 6 months, and that is just for comprehensive and collision, liability is covered under some other policy my dad has.
oh yeah, i forgor to mention... 11 points on my liscense,
Failure to yeild right of way - 3 points
speeding, 92 in 55 - 3 points
speeding, 70 in 55 - 3 points
speeding, 60 in 40 - 2 points
insurance drops my policy Nov 27

I pay around $700 every 6 months, but that is for full coverage and I also live in the crappy state of AL. I have one accident on record (wasn't my fault so not sure about that) 20 yrs old, and no tickets so far have shown up. I have a 99 Prelude (unfortunately red, so let the tickets begin)

about $2600/year on my parent's policy.
20 y/o male, good driver (1 accident [but it has dropped off my insurance]), no tickets, good student, multi-car discount.

If I say I pay $300, what does that mean? Nothing. It's a meaningless question without all the details. How old are you, male/fem?, smoker, where do you live, what do you drive, do you have any tickets, and on and on.
Unless you have someone answer who lives in your town, is the same age, sex, drives the same car, has the same tickets, it's a pointless questions. Start calling around and ask for rates!

i pay 60 bucks a months for full coverage for my Prelude, supra and rental insurance. its cool being 25!!

$750 every 6 months. With no tickets/accidents, full coverage, over 25 but I have the best insurance you can buy. 100K per person accident and 75k collision w/ uninsured/underinsured motorests. Hell I could total a new Viper, my car and half kill everyone and still be good.
