Default Choice Of Two 2002 Honda Accords, Which Looks The Best?

So I've got a choice between two Honda Accords:
-2002 Honda Accord, 140k miles and fully loaded and 5100, came from a Honda Land in Tampa at 136k. This guy is selling it because he's moving to India. How is the premium sound system in older Honda Accords?
-Honda Accord 2002 at 129k for 4300. Light on details but being sold at a reputable car shop in Tampa. This seller bought the car off auction, apparently has had four owners.

Also, someone on reddit said the 2002 V6 Accords have problems with automatic transmissions? Is that true?

yea I would say some Accords had Transmissions problems but as long as it was very well taken care of I wouldn't worry. As for the sound system im not sure of but it probably well sound ok. I think they had JBL Control consoles in them for the Premium sound systems.

If what I know is correct, all V6 Honda's/Acura's were transmission munchers until the mid 2000's. If the transmission was replaced under warranty after March 2005, it should be the redesigned unit which means you shouldn't have any problems with it.

All 98-02 automatics were trouble prone. V6s just killed them faster.
Four owners and an auction block(no way there is any documentation on service left)? I would not even look at it.

If the Moving to India fella is the original or 2nd owner I would opt for that one. And make sure the trans doesn't do anything goofy. Beg/Borrow/Steal and OBDII reader when you go look at the car and make sure it does not have any pending codes. And make sure the readiness is all in the green. If they are not he may have cleared a code before you showed up.
