Default Are door lock tumblers interchangeable?

The drivers side door lock on my 1995 Accord coupe is loose and worn out, but the passenger side functions like new. Are they interchangeable or specific to each door?

They are left/right specific.

But, the tumbler consists of two main parts. The tumbler itself and a plastic lever. IIRC the difference is the plastic lever is a mirror component. But it has been a while since I have looked at the tumblers and am not sure if the lever can be removed and swapped to fit the opposite side.
