Can anyone tell me what car this paint originated from? Or even better what the paint code is.

i am not certain, but i think that it is a custom color. perhaps it uses the rsx color as a base and then has a few spirit sprinkles thrown in

hmm.... how bout u make ur own color and not bite his....????

 

Firstly if I was to create my own color like this I would need a base color to work with (this one!)
Secondly, I wouldnt know what difference it would make if I used that color, considering i live in the UK, so our cars would never be seen anywhere near each other.

Yea, and why don't you tell that too all the people that paint there cars CW when they don't have a type r. Or better yet, tell car manufacturers not to paint there car red, since another company already has it. Or we could go as far as to not buy the same rims as me, since i already have them. There are a ton of custom colors out there, but do you honestly think the shop that did that paint job doesn't have pictures and are ready to show them and paint other cars that same color. And hell, if someone finds a paint code for it, i'd love to paint my coupe that color.

there was a certian year that the pontiac made the grand am in that similar color if not 99.9% close .. keep your eyes open for it youll see what im talking about!! i saw one a couple of weeks ago and i was like "hey thats a pretty phat color for being on a pontiac!!"

you could do that and just use a better paint and chit load of clear or even a clear pearl!
