Default EM1 Wideband question, Help!

I just installed a new AEM wideband gauge to my turbo 2000 EM1 civic today. I brought it to the exhaust shop to install the bug about a foot down from the downpipe off the turbo exhaust housing. I got back to the shop to install the sensor and first start up to notice my gauge on idle from cold to warm up goes from 14.0 cold and slowly goes all the way down to 10.0 at idle. I run 93 octane gas for my car. I am just worried that is 10.0 a good number at idle? everynow and then it will go up to 14.5 and slowing go down again to 10.0...

At WOT boosting my wideband reads 11.5-12.0 and when not in boost just cruising around 60mph its back to 10.0

Should i be considered at all? Car was built and tuned by LHT Performance in FL.

Edit: added a video of it at Idle

Before you go wondering if the wideband is reading wrong/correctly I would check your MAP to see if it's on point or not. In other words, is the MAP matching what the gauge is putting out? Check that before second guessing the gauge readings.
