Hi, so my brothers car is having some issues. When you are cruising at about 60mph the passenger's side rear tire vibrates and pushes the car to the left. I couldn't see what could be the exact problem was when I looked, so I was hoping you fine folks could help out. The car is high mileage(320k) and what maintenance was done by the previous owner is undocumented.

Wondering how a rear tire would push the car...but anyway? Alignment? Balance tires? Lost wheel weight? What have you done besides look at it?
