you need to be a lot more specific: does it make the sound when the car is moving? is it coming from the driver side or passenger side? behind the tires? it could be warped rotors or bad wheel hubs...

Need to know the kind of noise...like a loud grind/whine when turning the wheel back and forth with or without the car moving like a power steering pump, a squeak noise when turning slowly like dry balljoints, a scrape like a brake backing plate, etc

Warped rotors wouldn't make noise unless it were very extreme and it was making contact with the caliper mounting bracket...by wheel hubs maybe you mean wheel bearings, which would not make noise while turning but rather a roar that increases with vehicle speed

If you're new, then the first thing you should be doing before you post is to read the rules. In this case, your title should be reflective of the problem you're having, and not just a "I need help" cry. I'm not telling you this for my health, this is for your benefit as it maximizes the number of views you get and thus the potential for help.

Okay thanks I didn't know that but I think I found the problem I lifted the car up and turned the wheels and I think I just have a really bad lower ball joint

What leads you to think it's the lower balljoint? Shake the wheel side to side holding at "9 and 3", this will show you play in the inner or outer tie rod end (you have to feel what's moving), up and down will show you wheel bearing or upper balljoint play, severe balljoint play can be felt holding at "10 and 4" also. You still didn't describe the noise so it's difficult to help
