Default Removing hard lines from clips under car

Ive got the cover of the lines off, but having trouble with the clips that hold the 4 hardlines running to the fuel tank.

Need to get 3-4 of them off so I can drop the feed line enough to cut it.

There some sort of trick to releasing the lines from the clips? They dont seem to want to just pop out.

Didn't really find any trucks I just ripped mine out. The metal clip has to be removed first to acess the plastic but if you have eyes in you already knew that
