97 F150 Wont start somedays and some it will run great. HELP
Hey guys . My father in law is having trouble with his 97 f150 4.6litre . He just bought thev truck about 3 months ago and about a week ago he got in it to go somewhere and it would turn over but wouldn't start I checked for fire at the plugs it didn't have any . A couple hrs later I went out and tried it again it fired right up ran perfect for days then done it again tonight. The guy he bought it from said it did it to him once but it's been about a year ago . Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this ? The fuel pump is coming on . All relays and fuses are fine . If did have a security system installed on it but he had it taken off. Thanks Kenny

If you don't have any spark at the plugs trace further back n check the coil packs and if those are working what gives the coil packs their juice is the crank sensor... those are your options
