Default Current Project

Here is some pictures and basic summary of what the plan is for this beauty.

1990 Honda Civic DX 5 Speed Transmission
278,xxx miles

Goal of this project is to basically make it a bad *** Grocery Getter. Gonna change the rims (guy put cheapos on it), lil lower profile tires. Comfy seats, 2-3 inch drop (still debating), exhaust, short ram, add power steering, B16 engine swap, black out interior, tint windows, jdm headlights, redo fog lights, add luggage/bike rack.

Motto of build is to "Keep it clean and Keep it mean!!!"

ehh.. the car is clean and isnt bad looking -.-

personally put a b series in there, clean up some of the cluster **** in the engine bay, and lower it.. the rims arnt terrible other then the fact that there 8lug lol. a clean oem look other then being lowered/exahaust will always have my heart over flashy **** like rims/ euro lights/ spoilers/ body kits etc..

*ps, a cheap b18 ls in there... will be funner then a b16 if u wanna daily/cruise. b16s take a beating and dont make much power until higher rpms which u wont be doing everyday i hope.

b18b1... so less wiring/hoses.. but keep it obd0 dizzy/harness/ecu -.-

ya i agree the oem civic body style is perfect only things i plan on doing to the ext. is a new exhaust (Skunk2 probably), lower it a lil, and im gonna get a new front bumper cover and redo the fog lights on them.
The owner before me basically just sawed two holes in the cover to have the fog lights sit where they are. it just doesnt look good to me.

Yes im pretty seat on the b16 with some slight mods to it (air intake, headers, tuck and shave...) beacuse of the fact that they dont suck gas at low rpms. And the goal of this project is a grocery getter/daily driver. I drive a lot so i want something that can do a decent mpg but also get going at full throttle.

They are called 4-lug universal wheels, you can use them on either 4x100 bolt pattern or 4x114.3 bolt pattern.

Nice clean car you got there.
