Default afr's sticking rich after wot

I am havejng an issue with my set up and am very frustrated with my car. When I drive the vehicle under normal driving conditions the engine acts as it should. The problem I am having is that when I accelerate heavily and hit VTEC it is all good, but when l let out and coast down to speed as I press the accelerator to start to maintain speed the AFR'S get stuck between 10.8-11.3:1 and the engine is so rich that it is not happy lol. I have to either press the clutch in and let the car decide not to be rich could take up to 30 sec. Or I can cycle the key and it will be just fine. There are no cel lights and the car is tuned on ectune but I have no way of accessing the tune. The engine has great oil pressure. I just replaced the battery and changed the dowel pin and o-ring in cam cap 3. I have no clue as to what is going on and would like some input.

Engine is
B18c bottom b16 head
12.5-13:1
Buddyclub spec4 cams and full valvetrain.
P30 intake
70mm omnipower tb
rmf narrow header
3" aluminium exhaust

What are you AFRs during WOT?

It seems like you are fouling the plugs during your WOT when you let off it takes a while for the plugs to recover.

Try changing your spark plugs and see what happens
