b18c5 bogging

ok i have a 1994 civic hatch with b18c5 and a p73 ecu.... boggs when im driving. also i have a cel #10 (iat) can that iat cause me to bogg?

Are all your connectors plugged in? What color wires are going to your IAT? Is your ECU JDM or USDM? Are you using an adapter harness?
