Default 97 Civic bogging issues

Hi all, new to the forum. I own a 97 civic HX coupe with a fully built turbo SOHC on hondata s300. The current issues im having is the car bogs horribly, even on the stock map the car struggles to go. This only happens while the engine is under load. Under boost it feels like the brakes are on. I have checked all the essentials, fuel pressure, fuel filter, plugs, wires... Any ideas on where to start with this? I can provide more details on the setup if need be, please help!

Thanks, J

This might be best for the forced induction thread... but always start with the simple things first... have you inspected for any boost leaks/Vacuum leaks?

What SOHC engine do you have in the car? Any CEL's? When was the last tune up? Inspect ignition timing/mechanical timing.

No boost leaks or CELs, timing is good. A6 block Y8 head. Sorry if posted in wrong section. Currently do not have any stock 02 sensors hooked up just my wideband. Not sure if that would make a difference.
