SELLER : Sorry, I was out of town for the Holiday weekend. Like I said, it came off a 97 or 98 Civic as I have never owned a 99 or 00. These lips did not come standard on all submodel Civics. Some were ordered as Dealer Installed options. If you checked the box for a lip on your 96-98 Civic, the Dealer may have had to drill the holes for it. Very common on Honda products as they DO NOT do factory installed options outside of option packages. So if your Civic never had the OEM package or checked option for the front lip unit, you would just have to drill the holes yourself.
