Default EP3 Power Loss

Hello folks,

so, I(actually a friend) let a Workshop do following things:
-Change timing chain(TODA)
-Change Chain tensioner(TODA)
-Change Oil(5w40 Liqui Molly)
-Change fuel pump chain(TODA)
-Check Valvetiming(They said its OK and no adjustment is required)
I had bought them on my own and gave it to them.

During that they broke my VTC Solenoid. They wanted me to get that part also, so i went to Honda and they surprisingly had a VTC Solenoid just laying around without knowing where it came from... so I got it for free(wtf?).

All said and done... after i got my car I went for a test drive and I have to say... i certainly can feel a loss of power compared to before.

Prehistory:
I got the Car in stock form. Added a HKS HiPower Catback and modified the Intake. The car pushed 212Hp back then. Something that caught my attention was the fuel consumption - i just reached like avg 20-25mpg and even less. After that i bought a Toda Manifold and threw the stock one out. After that i went on the dyno again - 206Hp. Obviously the Toda Manifold didnt really match to the HKS Catback, but the car was still running pretty ok. Then i installed another ECU with a Hondata Kpro V3 in my car and loaded the stock map - no differences noticeable. And then... my car went to the Workshop. In the meantime the fuel consumption got better, but still... where did my power go!?
Im planing to get my car tuned once i got another exhaust, but i wouldnt want to drive 200miles to a tuner and then get told, that my something in my engine is broken.

I checked my Parameters in Kpro, but... well... i dont really have a clue.

Can someone just take a quick look at the Hondata Datalog?
I suppose if something is broken, you would notice it through some parameters.

I wouldn't double check all the timing.

I don't have my kpro lap top on me or I'd look at tune

You wouldnt, or you would?
The car is in parts at the very moment... double checking pretty much everything that has been ever touched and replacing the VTC Solenoid.

I would be very thankfull, if you can check it once you are on your laptop.

I checked the datalog again and something caught my attention.

The AF is stuck at 14.70, yet the AFCMD wants ~12.70 in the high revs at full throttle.
I cant tell why this happens, because the O2 Sensor Values are not stuck and move between 0.9V and 1V.
The ELD also isnt stuck and moves between 25A and 30A.
Also i cant find the O2C value.
