Red SRS dash light?

Just looked at a 2003 Rsx type s and I noticed that the dash SRS light was on.
is this a common thing for rsx owners? What does this mean?

Air bag light. Means something is wrong with an airbag circuit. It's not common unless it has aftermarket seats? Then it's common because the RSX seats come with side airbags
