Default H22a sleeve??

Hello Honda tech,

I currently have a closed deck jdm h22a I found a local machine shop for engines. Eventually I would like to boost it and slap it on my 94 accord. My question is how much do I need to bore it for darton pro sleeves if anyone is familiar with that. Please let me know I did some research but nothing really answered my question. I just need a little more input about sleeving an engine. Thanks!

Darton will give you the paperwork with the specs you need to have the cylinders bored out to fit the sleeves. Talk with your machine shop and make sure they are capable of doing sleeve work.

+1 mad mike. I would only trust a select few shops for sleeving work.

MAD_MIKE yeah I'm sure that the machine shop will do that. So do you suggest buying the sleeve kit first? If so where? Call me a noob but this is my first build I need all the right guidance and input I can get.
