Default EJ civic, 15x8 wheel question (I did search)

I spent a good hour on google searching for some information about my exact setup but I am not successful entirely.

I have an eg civic coupe. Koni yellows, some ebay coil overs (pretty stiff) My car is lowered, I believe 1-2 inches, but I can raise it if needed to prevent rubbing.

Anyways, I want to buy a set of 15x8 wheels, I am unsure of what off set to get. I see people from anything from 0 to 45.

Like everyone else, I want my wheels and tire to be flush with my fenders. I want to run 225 tires on these wheels too.

TLDR

Want to buy 15x8 wheels, want to use 225 tires. What offset should I shoot for, and will I need a camber kit? how the **** do I determine if I need a camber kit or not?

Thanks!

You're going to need negative camber to clear the stock fenders/quarter panels, with that size of a tire. Honestly, you're going to negate the purpose of buying a wider tire like that, with how much camber will be necessary to make them fit properly without rolling the panels. As for an offset, you'll be able to fit a +42 to +20, depending on various tire sizes and suspension/body settings.

For a 225, you will want a +20 to clear the inside of fender well. Outer lip needs to be rolled and pulled.
I'm currently running 205/50-15 on 15x8 +25 with natural chamber. Next set of tires will be 225's but I will need to run 5mm spacers. Check thread in my sig for pics of setup.
