Default koni yellow owners... your damper settings?

what does everyone have their settings for on their konis? i just finally decided to change them from stock today. i tightened the fronts a quarter turn and the rears a half turn... not too much change but i did notice a big difference in the way the rear moved out (more)... felt more control and much better than before. now all i need is an ITR sway...

I remember having Ground Control coil overs on my 88 CRX Si with the yellow Koni's. If I remember correctly I had 225 LB Springs and usually had the shocks set at 3/4 or 4/4. The springs really need a good strong damping force to keep the ride tolerable. Those were my street settings. Anything lower than that and the ride was too harsh since the springs would compress and rebound quite a bit.
