short shifter for '94 accord
I've been reading the FAQ threads about short shifters, and I'm thinking of getting one, but the only two brands mentioned in the FAQ are pspec and forbidden... Both of which apparently don't exist anymore. Is there a short shifter currently available that comes from a reputable company? I found 3 on summitracing but I've no idea if they are junk...

One is $160, the other two are less than $60... I can't tell the difference and I have no idea if any of these would be worth buying... Any input?

Prelude shift lever and counter lever in the accord base plate. It's perfect. Get it from the junkyard, I paid $12 for mine at a pick n pull.

Hm ok thanks, I'll give that a shot. But what exactly is the "counter lever?" Is it that brass-looking thing to the left of the main shift lever? And I just need the two levers, or do I need some of the extra hardware from the prelude shifter assembly to fit everything together?
So I need #1 and #2 from the top diagram (unless the accord shift **** fits the prelude shift lever), and what else? Could someone point out which # the counter lever is? Excuse my noobishness
Pretty sure most of the parts are the same.
The only differences that I can directly see, and from crossing part numbers, is the shift lever itself, and the installation order of #8 and #9.
Wonder if you could improve shift feel by simply swapping those four parts around.
