Default 98 Civic lx - trying to retro headlights with minimoto 4300k

Hey guys!
I'm trying to retro my headlights with some minimoto 4300k. You think a 09-11 projectors would fit into my headlights? Also wondering why it rattles at 1900 rpm. I know its the flex pipe just need to know where.

Did 96-00 switch to flex pipe exhaust? I know the 92-95 with under car catalytic converters use a flex gasket on solid flanges with spring bolts.

Are you sure it's not just heat shield rattle, either on the exhaust header or the catalytic converter? The corners where the bolts go tend to rust through and then a corner of the heat shield tends to rattle being it's not connected to the bolt anymore.

The dude I bought it from, idk what he did to it. But it looks like he rewelded the flex pipe to the caddy but didn't allow room for it to move. Cause my pipe is so close to my tranny but im not sure if its normal. I've been trying to look for a civic like mines so i can see but haven't found any. 96-00 the cat is right under the header.
