Default 90-93 integra engine bay misc wires and abs mounting questions

Default 90-93 integra engine bay misc wires and abs mounting questions
having some trouble on how to mount this oem abs unit? previous owner left it loose/dangling.
ive tried to mount it but doesent seem to mount up anywhere. was wondering if im missing a bracket? and what is the silver unit thats next to it?
2nd question. previous owner did a b20/b16 swap and left the a/c out and i want to know how hard would it be to put the a/c back in the car? and are all those plugs in the pic for this?
not sure but it seems all the hard copper pipping is there and condensor
3rd question previous owner ran the cooling fan direct as soon as i turn the key the fan turns on. im looking to run it back normal
and what is the green plug on the head for? theres no wire for it.
the car runs and drives fine but cleaning up this wiring and the engine bay before paint and polishing.
if you guys can help me out with info/links thanks.
