NPN Transistors where to get them?

Does any one know where I can buy the NPN transistors for the Q10 and QM3 positons in the ecu.
I know Digikey carries them but their catalog is HUGE and I am unsure of which ones to buy. I did try using some generic ones from radio shack but this didnt work out good at all. Using the radio shack ones completely stopped the ecu from priming the fuel pump.
Anyways do you guys have a digikey or radioshack part number of the NPN transistors that you guys use?

Q10 is the same as Q101 which you can get from Xenocron (part of the Vtec upgrade)
QM3 is a proprietary component that you can only get from other Honda ECUs. You can try to find those on eBay, but I warn you they can be very difficult to replace.
Honestly if Q10 is fried there's a good chance there are quite a few other things that fried, whether you can visually see the damage or not.

Thank you for that information. I did stumble on your fuel injector driver write-up in the past. I'll have to give it a more thorough read this time.
I have been having issues with my fuel pump priming, especially after it rains. I tried taking the q10 transistor out of another ecu, but the problem is still there.

From reading your injector driver writup it looks there are some similar QMx components in the injector driver curcuit. Can I test the QM3 the same that you can test the other QMx components that were mentioned in your write-up?
Nope. Testing pin 6- to 10+ should read 2.2k or 0.4v, and pin 7- to 10+ should read 1.8M or 1v (the voltage is found by testing diode continuity, hence the polarities).
If QM3 is burned out and your fuel pump isn't operating, next in line is RM7. Resistance between pins at RM7 should vary from 300-2500 ohms.
If there is any visible damage at RM7 then you probably shorted a ground node, I would recommend replacing the ECU.
