Default timing belt change, then no start

i have a d16y8 head and block with a z6 camshaft and the y8 sprocket.
i dont have the y8 cam anymore, and never had the z6 sprocket.
spent some money on an adjustable sprocket a few months back come to find out it was for an h series not a d..
I'm completely lost. its in the same tdc as before the belt change, there is spark, fuel, and compression.
someone please help!

if the marks ar ok after turning manualy two times the engine, it is not a timing belt problem

this happend exactly after replacing the timing belt?

Are you 100% sure that you have the corect marks?

I figured it out, the crank turns twice for every one time the cam turns. well it was turned once on the crank so it was firing off cylinder 3 instead of 1. derppp.
but now it makes this high pitched whirring noise and gets louder when accelerating

sounds like mechanical timing is off make sure marks line up AND belt can be to tight yes but it will most likely just make a whining noise if it is.

definitely have a whining noise so thats gotta be the tensioner being too tight. other than that im having a really bad random idle issue, sometimes it bogs down to 200-300 and when it does and i hit the gas it gives a sputtering type noise before it gets going.
I checked around for vacuum leaks and drained air from the cooling lines. i dont have that beeswax iacv either its a newer d16y8 throttle body/iacv
