WHere/Who 2 buy tranny part ASAP HELP
I need to see if somebody happens to have a used/new transmission part lying around. It is the clutch input shaft I think it's called that, The shaft that the clutch disk mates to via the splines. Mine when driving stripped all of the splines off of the clutch disk and that input shaft. So need to know if you have one lying around or maybe know of somebody that does and a price. Any help would be great.

Thanks for the site. I just called them but they do not have this part. Anybody else have any ideas or friends that have a broken Y80 transmission.....

Wow, you stripped the splines out of the clutch AND the input shaft? Normally the clutch splines go first, they're weaker.

Yea both items got stripped out. Now I am in search of that stupid clutch input shaft that costs too much from the stealership. Thing that upsets me is my tranny is sitting at the tranny shop with a JDM ITR LSD and JDM 4-785 FD just waiting to be played with but I can't without this lousy part. ARRGGHHHhhhhhh, I hate this sport sometimes.....
