have you considered having them recovered? those seats are going to be really hard to find, if you had them recovered both the front and rear would match, there is also the possibility there are upholstery kits made to fit those seats

here you go man, use the arrow to find your color, all you need to install these are hog rings and hog ring pliars, this is real upholstery, not sure of their price http://www.acmeautoheadlining.com/19hocihafrbu.html
