99 ex. all obd1 has s300. I replaced all the capacitors in the computer tried two main relays and the car with idle for about 6 minutes and shut off. not idle down and shut off. just shut off like you turned the key off. has a 255 pump that surges when you turn the turn signals on. the eld has 14 volts on both sides. im not sure if that's correct or not....im thinking the ignitor may be going bad. anyone ever see this before?
