Default Smog questions

So I took my car to get smogged and failed. I have only a aftermarket cold air intake. Below are the failures. Could you guys that know about emissions maybe point me in the right direction on what might need to be fixed?
Thanks

FIRST TEST IS AT 15MPH
SECOND TEST IS AT 25MPH
CO (%) NO (PPM)
MAX MEASURED MAX MEASURED
0.36 0.59 (FAIL) 493 563 (FAIL)

Default Re: Smog questions

High CO% indicates running rich.
Find out why it is running rich, check air filter, fuel pressure, ignition components(plugs, wires, base timing).
Usually fixing a rich condition will increase NOx output, but if the increased fuel caused for higher combustion temps/pressures this would also contribute to higher NOx values.

Fix the rich running condition first.
