Will Header From 94-95 GSR fit on 94 LS?

Will Header From 94-95 GSR fit on 94 LS?
i found a header that says for 94-95 GSR's, it does not have an O2 bung, will this header fit my 94 LS. if it will, is there anything that i have to modify, or weld a hole for the O2 sensor? thanks all
