I was thinking about what other sensors that could be used with the extra inputs on Neptune or hondata
im having issues with emissions so I was trying to find if I could buy the HC and/or co2 sensors to plug in to the Neptune/hondata boards to help me troubleshoot that way I can use them at any time I need to along with my wideband
I rather spend that 160 on the sensors instead of spending that on the one time diagnostic.. I like sensors and data and DIY

I haven't found any for HC and I only saw one or two co2 sensors im gonna check later
Im not sure how the hc sensor exactly works but I think its a gas sampling tube not an electronic sensor unless its a professional unit

It shouldn't be that difficult to pass emissions if your O2 is active, you're on a stock map and you have no exhaust leaks. If it's turbocharged you need to remove your wastegate spring and I'll need to help you on tuning.
If you're high in HC, you're rich or ignition is too retarded, or your cat isn't working.
If you're high in CO, your cat is working but your tune is off, your engine is too cold, or you have a vacuum leak.
If you're high in NOx, you're too lean or your ignition is too far advanced. Or you're overheating.
BTW you need to use OEM spark plugs.
Post your emissions results and I can help, I do this crap all day long anyway.

I have a thread in tech/misc. Codes 0172 0170 i got rid of the codes
But the car is failing idle emissions every time
And passing the cruize emissions
New ntk o2 sensor no leaks timing valves idle speed all been adjusted
Stock p2t ecu and stock b16a2 with aebs intake manifold and header
Stock intake and fuel pressure
Compression 215 warm and 210 cold in all 4 cylinders
New ngk plugs and tested nfk wires good coil and cap/rotor
When plugged in the scanner the downstream sensor folloes the pre cat sensor graph with a delay is that a sign of bad cat? I was reading somewhere that downstream vo,tage supposed to be steady line graph is that true?

I just didn't want to start another thread here but It would still be nice to have those so I can test before I test lol
