89 Dx-Ef hatch cluster removal
Remove the shroud (look for the screws, all philips screws by the way). You'll still have some buttons connected to it, unplug them from behind. This may require you to push the buttons through the shroud/housing. After the shroud is off, there are 4 more screws holding the cluster in place. Then unplug the connectors and speedocable and you're done.
