password jdm flush valve cover bolts loosen?

hey guys i have a 97 civic with a d16y8 in it i bought the password jdm valve cover flush bolts for it and i installed them but they keep getting loose what can i do or is this a defect?

What are you torquing them to?

thread lock and tighten them up tighter then hand tight

Yep, a little bit of blue thread locker (the lowest strength) wouldn't hurt.
