Hi guys I really need some assistance please!

My car came back from the mechanic a while ago and he removed the distributor, when it came back, it was running pretty well but sounded like it had a bit of misfire and I noticed the distributor was adjusted completely clockwise. Today I decided to move it back to its old position (had circle bolt marks on the distributor from before). After I did, now the car barely runs, its almost undriveable.

I moved the distributor back to the old position, disconnected the battery for 10-15 mins, put it back and its still the same!

Please help guys, I didnt touch anything else under the bonnet so I dont know what else to check, its back to how it was!

No cel, changed sparks, ht leads look fine, I did get electrocuted when I touched one of the ht leads half way down when the run was running if that helps at all.

I need the car running for Monday so I can get to work, please help.
