Default b16a2 w/ ctr ecu?

I have a 97 civic coupe dx (was auto) I recently converted to manual and swapped in a b16a2 swap from a 2000 si. I used the original harness did the 3 wire to 2 wire iacv conversion and also the 3 wire to 2 wire cfk plug. Everything is plugged in im currently borrowing a obd2a p72 ecu (gsr) which it runs fine with but runs a bit rich. I recently bought a obd2a pct (ctr) ecu but idles very low almost ready to die. Acceleration is fine but when I let off throttle the engine almost wants to shut off..

My question is: is this jdm pct ecu compatible with a my us b16a2?*

Thanks in advance!*

the ctr ecu is nowhere near right, either. convert to obd2b and use the em1 ecu.
