Got a itch 90 Civic build
Hello all I am Steven.... and I have a itch for the past year or so that I have needed to take care of. I live in GA and have been seeing some nice import builds and helped a few buddies rebuild some Honda motors..
Well I went out and got me one for 1800 bucks. Its a 1990 Civic hatchback with what I was told a stock 1990 Ls teggy motor in it.. Skunk2 suspension Yokohama tires on no name rims.
That's the only pictures I have of it right now.....
So onto the ideas that I am kicking around.. I don't know if I want to do a LS-V with the motor I already have in it or do the old Frankenstien. I do know that paint needs to be addressed first it has 3 or more different layers of paint on it as of right now. The wiring is kind of shady as crap but right now it is my daily so I cant have it down for to long to do any work on it and im doing this on a very limited budget. Any input will be taken into thought I know its a good start but I just don't know what way I want to go with the car.

Nice find there brother. I love that car more than any other I have driven. It does look like you have an L's motor, but you can look on the block to tell. On the front(bumper) left side there will be a flat spot with a stamp. Probably a b-some number. The ls-tec option is a good one, but that motor responds well to a turbo as well. Depends if you want to stay all motor or not. Any who that's my two cents. Oh and unless you are really attached to those clears trash them. The ricer look just looks bad on these classic Hondas.
