question that springs skunk2 valves have to use alpha or tuner all motor

Ok guys, asking for someone to make complete sentences is good, but just randomly being dicks about it is not so cool.

OP - there are many springs you can use, but they will be based more on the camshaft of choice than the valves in use. Personally I like to use the matched valvetrain, so I run Skunk2 springs with Skunk2 cams. Depending on the "stage" of cam, you should use either the Tuner or Pro springs. The Pro spring is actually the same as the B series springs, just using an adapter shim for the H head.

 

Valve.springs are better than the alpha, or skunk2 pro tuner,for my engine i have.all motor.h22A4 cam gear skunk2. stage2
