Just as the title says, WTB OEM GSR CAMS will give cash + B16A cams in deal.
I dont know why I've had such trouble finding people who are selling a set for a reasonable price as used.

If you happen to be selling a GSR head with cams, I'm throwing a set of B16's in the deal with $75.00 cash so you'll still have a set of VTEC cams for a complete head which should not affect the asking price of selling any non-ITR B series head.
