92-95 civic hatchback spoiler brake light doesn' work.

my 3rd brake light on my 95 civic hatch doesn't work, but the brake lights from the tail lights work. what could be the problem? i already change the bulb and made sure it's plugged all the way in..

Does battery voltage reach brake light plug in the spoiler? Is there good ground?

^ Yeah, check the connector for battery voltage when the pedal is pressed. You'll need a multimeter.
