Need some help here. From what I understand I cannot use a 90-93 Integra axle with the 1990 JDM SIR intermediate shaft (SH3)

I can either buy a set of 'raxles' for $320..... or apperantly I can take apart the SIR axle - and use a 90-93 Integra part of the axle which connects into the wheel hub, and use the other half of the SIR axle which connects to the intermediate shaft.

So essentially, taking the SIR and Integra axle apart, and using half of the integra axle and half of the SIR axle. Could anyone shed some light on this? Please don't miss inform me if you haven't personally done this before. Everyone here said the GSR intermediate shaft would work on the Y1 transmission which it doesn't lol.

 

Just get a DA intermediate shaft.

Will the 1990-1991 SIR axle fit? I have one of those I can piece together and have confirmed the end piece will fit in the intermediate shaft, as well as the wheel hub, just wondering it will be appropriate length.
