Looks like its seen its fair share of winters, probably alot of rust on the underside, that would put me off it right there personally.
Engine bay looks like it has never seen a cleaning, various dings and scrapes on the bumpers and body. Interior looks pretty grungy. Shows that its been in an accident with the previous owner, if you can look at this car in person, throughly inspect the trunk for any signs of damage, crinkling of metal.
Ask for any proof that the TB/WP was done. What was the clutch replaced with?
Offer five hundred bucks less and see what the seller says, he states that you're gunna need new tires as well. It would be good for a nice project/track car. But IMO, with the level of neglect in the general overall care of the car his price is just a little bit high.
