Speedo needle not lit
Hey, I've just returned to the Prelude after a few years, with a '96 BB4.
One small thing - the speedo needle is not illuminated, so it's difficult to see what speed I'm doing!
The tachometer needle is lit just fine.
Has anyone here taken the gauges apart, and can tell me how this illumination works? I'm not adverse to taking things apart and repairing them!
Thanks
A.

it's a pretty easy process. once you have the cluster out just twist out the bulb that sits behind the speedo and replace it.

replacement bulb is 74 (bottom right in pic of thread link.)

I have the cluster out, but see no bulb. This is the digital dash.
I see the curved tubes that light the speedo and tachometer scales, but can't see anything that lights the needles.

From the dearth of replies, maybe I haven't made myself clear.
The speedo dial is lit, but the needle isn't. So it's difficult to see the needle.
The dial is lit by a curved tube behind it, as is the rev counter dial. But I can't see how the needles are lit - and the rev counter needle is lit just fine.
This is a JDM car with digital dash.
Any pointers appreciated!

Well that's what I'm asking. I have it in pieces, but can't see a bulb in the needle, or if so, how to get to it.
Does anyone have the service manual that might show this please?
