hey guys, Im doing a k24a2 (08 tsx) swap on an eg . I bought the motor today and transmission will be delivered monday. now, the dude said that all manual TSX transmissions come with LSD, because the manual TSX was considered A TSX TYPE-S.
So, my question is: Do all manual transmission (tsx) come with LSD? if not which one can I buy that comes with LSD

Wrong forum. But I answered your question in the 92-00 civic forum.

No. There was no LSD in the TSX, never a TSX-S, and you can't use an Accord/TSX trans casing for your swap.

 

I know the 04-06 TSX did not come with an LSD, and I'm 99% sure the 06-08 did not come with one either.

As far as which can you buy that came with an LSD, nothing that will work with an Accord/TSX Mount kit. But you can put an LSD into the TSX trans, or sell the trans and mounts and get a Z3, DC5, (or buy the badass trans I have listed in the classifieds), and the correct mounts, or install an LSD into any other 2.0L based transmission (A2, Z1, Ect)

 

No LSD on 06-08 TSX's. I own one.

 

There are LSD kits for the TSX tranny but an Si LSD will work. That's what I have on mine (04 TSX).
