Default What should I get with my tax return?

So i've been working on my bb6 for almost a year now and she still needs some work to be done. I wanted to know what you guys think I should do next. My options are:

Ground Control/Koni Coilover setup
New Locks and Keys from Honda (I've gotten used to the chewed up keys, but
sometimes it would fall out when i'm driving >.>)
Try to find s2000 seats and steering wheel
EuroR IM from RoskoRacing
Retrofit headlights

How caught up are ya on all your maintenance? I would do the keys and locks if its as bad as ya say.

Here's the best and most recent pic I have. Sorry about that. And everything is done maintenance wise (with the exception of timing belt which i'm doing tomorrow).

Locks and keys for sure. Of course on a 5th gen this will include either new programming at a dealer, or an ecu swap.

The best way to do it would probably to find someone parting a 5th gen that you can take all the parts from locally.

There is no point in spending money to modify a car, when the basics of running and driving properly are not happening!

but after that, definitely go for the coilover setup. dont retrofit.. simple tinting does a world of difference, IM for what is the motor built or turbo'd?

Really? From what i've heard, retrofitting was really worth it? And I was thinking about the IM as a way to ease into modifying (i/h/e), but otherwise the engine is stock >.>
@snobordboy thanks for that, I guess i'll look up to see how hard of a task it is and hopefully find a set. I was originally going to have the dealership do it for me, but this way might be better

FYI Honda no longer sells the ignition key cylinder assembly, so you can't get a full new set. If just your key is the problem, you can get a new one cut from Honda for ~$60. I had it done a couple months ago and it made a world of difference. They cut the key based on your VIN number, not a copy of your current key, so it's cut perfectly. You just need your old key so they can get the Immobilizer code from it.

Just got a new key cut and thankfully it worked. Must have been one awfully worn key because the new one feels like it is supposed to be in there. So although i'm just $60 down, coilovers seems to be what's next on the agenda :D

Good deal, I know the oldest key I have for my car barely works in the doors, but works fine in the ignition. The new ones I had cut work awesome though.

If the key is the same as the newer ones I have, the "ring" on the key is not as strong as the older ones, so it is much easier to break them off if you have them on a beefy ring or such.
